Grace is an International school, set up initially for the children of missionaries, but now teaches 200 children from all backgrounds. The ethos is publicly Christian and expatriate staff are all Christian. For Summer 2013, they seek a vibrant, servant-hearted leader for this thriving Christian school with the following qualifications: • A heart for mission • Sound, relevant paper qualifications from the UK or some similar background • Broad, solid foundations of teaching experience • Leadership experience • Some experience and understanding of the England and Wales National Curriculum The ideal candidate would have experience working in the developing world, possess the maturity to appreciate and work with people of many ages and cultures, and be energetic and visionary. Additionally, s/he would have resilience, a sense of humour to deal with complex inssues and a Christian faith and active spiritual life which is sustaining and fresh. |
